    I agree,the only Irish player that could make things happen was taken off.The problem lies in the Premiership,too much money involved hence teams want ready made product which can be seen in all countries and no teams will bring lads on starting at 16 like they used to.England are just about hanging on but that's down to their population.If you look at the 2 teams on Saturday the highest placed player that finished in the Premiership was Shane Long for Southampton who didn't even start<grr>

    Bit of a difference in those days but down to Bosman ruling,wall coming down amd mega money
