It is one thing doing it in Autumn internationals which are essentially friendlies. It is entirely a different thing doing it when it matters, in a world cup quarter final for example. As and when Irish rugby gets that monkey off it's back and goes and qualifies for a World Cup semi, then the players deserve some praise. It's a bit like QPR beating Real Madrid in a pre season friendly. It means very little.
Jaysus Fingy, had to re-read the post and double-check the poster!!
"Friendly"?
"Means very little"?
Has someone hijacked Fingy's name?
