its there in the 56 page document The report stated: "There is clear evidence to support prosecutions of the following crimes within the terms of article 147 of the Fourth Geneva Convention: wilful killing; torture or inhuman treatment; wilfully causing great suffering or serious injury to body or health". In its first report, submitted in September 2010, the UN fact-finding mission found that the IDF broke international law, and that there was evidence sufficient to initiate prosecutions for breaches of the Geneva Convention. The report stated that: "The conduct of the Israeli military and other personnel towards the flotilla passengers was not only disproportionate to the occasion but demonstrated levels of totally unnecessary and incredible violence,"
2 things 1 - being illegally attacked 2 - running away from the soldiers who were illegally atttacking, hence shot in the back
Which report? The Report of the international fact-finding mission to investigate violations of international law, including international humanitarian and human rights law, resulting from the Israeli attacks on the flotilla of ships carrying humanitarian assistance* Dated 27/09/2010? That was based upon a fact finding mission launched in June 2010, a whole month after the events, it is a 66 page report which took less than 3 months to compile: 21. Taking into consideration the resources and limited time available, the Mission travelled to Istanbul, Ankara and Iskenderun in Turkey, Amman in Jordan and London in the United Kingdom in order to interview witnesses, hold meetings with government officials and conduct an inspection of the ship Mavi Marmara, in which nine passengers died on 31 May 2010. The Mission was able to contact several persons with information bearing on the matters under enquiry. A total of 112 witnesses were interviewed by the Mission, either by all of its members at the same time or by individual members. In addition written statements were received from several persons through their attorneys. So it looks like they never bothered asking the Israelis for their side of the story? I have the report in PDF format and I can assure you the words "unnecessary and credible violence, that warranted persecution [sic] for war crimes" are not in that report so put up or shut the **** up LIAR.

"that warranted persecution [sic] for war crimes"? Where does it say that? You seem to be making things up on the hoof.
British travellers to Iran face greater risks than nationals of most other countries. There is therefore a risk that British nationals could be arbitrarily detained, despite their complete innocence. Independent travellers, especially if going off the beaten track face greater risk than those in tour groups or business visitors. Dual nationality is not recognised in Iran: the authorities will deny that the British Government has any legitimate responsibility for British Iranians and is highly unlikely to inform the British Embassy that a dual national has been detained or to grant any consular access. The authorities may technically confiscate the British passport if entry is on the Iranian passport. The ability of the British Embassy to help, if British nationals are arrested is limited. The Iranian authorities may not inform the Embassy that they have detained a British national. Further, Iran rarely grants prompt consular access. We believe there remains a threat to foreigners from kidnapping by Baluchi separatists throughout Iran. See Safety and Security - Terrorism. The application process for an Iranian visa can be protracted and unpredictable. Travellers are advised not to purchase flight tickets or pay for hotels and other travel arrangements before they have secured a visa. Since 9 February 2010, British applicants have been required to provide http://www.fco.gov.uk/en/travel-and...vice-by-country/middle-east-north-africa/iran Sounds great.
hmmm, i see where the problem is here its your lack of understanding of (sic). I hate the whole 'spelling police' thing, god knows i get grief for my spelling, grammer etc can i politely suggest you take into account/look up its meaning
You should also be aware that: Homosexual behaviour, adultery and sex outside of marriage are illegal under Iranian law and can carry the death penalty. Penalties for importing and possessing drugs are severe and enforced. Large numbers of convicted drug traffickers have been executed in recent years. The importation of all alcohol and pork products is banned. Women's magazines and DVDs/ videos depicting sexual relations are also forbidden. Although cultural restrictions have loosened, there are periodic clampdowns and satellite dishes and many Western CDs and films remain illegal. Pork facists too
Imagine the embarrassment of being detained in Iran for having a CD. Even worse if it was a terrible CD. The world media focussing on you and explaining to all your terrible taste in music!
Still waiting, did the report say that Israel should be charged with "war crimes" or do you admit that you lied/made it up?
