quick bump, been searching for a reply i got not long back but cant find it, son is deffo looking for a new provider...now he works as does his missus, combine that with three kids to keep happy he dont get much time so he asked me to sort it.
he willl need three accounts (him, his missus and oldest laddie) if any nice persaon would like to DM me with as many particulars as they can (direct from provider would be great) and what he/she would need from my end.

Clearing the cache for your IPTV app in the firestick settings regularly helps along with restarting the firestick
I find that happens a lot with TalkTalk and to a lesser extent, Sky. Get a VPN or change your broadband provider if it’s one of the above companies.
Try a VPN
or there could be a way to change your player in the settings of your IPTV that can sometimes help
