Am I the only one that wants Colin to stay til the end of the year? This season was over before it started - that's why I didn't renew my ST, saved over a grand, and did not place us in top 6 in Penshaw's predictions. There were the occasional optimistic times, and if we had brought in some quality at the right time, all could have been different, but it was not going to happen.

But why do I want him to stay? Because I want someone in immediately who will take over a tthe end of the year but who has the chance immediately to look at every aspect of the club and build a strategy without having to worry about the next match. Put in the strategy before the end of the year, and then take it forward by taking control.

Sheldon, I think Warnock's time is over. Despite Eddie Gray's crap comments, the one thing someone said was we need a plan for the next two or three seasons. We need to use some of the kids & blood them in with the more experienced players. Then in the summer, we need to bring in 2 or three playes whilst sending out some of the youth to L1 L2 to gain experience.

Just listening to Warnock. He really doesn't get it. The sooner he goes the better

Just listened to him now and straight away I knew he had no intention of going. I can't stand listening to him talking to Eddie Gray.

This I completely agree with and is something I have been bleating on about for years, and is why we need to bring someone in now to develop that strategy. The crucial bit is that anyone new in now will not have the chance to make a difference for this season, and would have their heads down on day-to-day matters instead of the long term.

I want someone in now who will look at everything from a long-term strategy point of view, and then implement it after they take over after the last game of the season

Again, I completely agree. But I see no benefit for the club by getting rid of him before the end of the season. He can stay and keep us up and see out his contract, while someone else can look at the long-term strategy.

New manager in who isn't scared to give a few debut's to the younger crop, see if we have another Sam Byram ready to come through. Give the youngsters an early taste when there is no pressure on them.

A new manager who can take a look close-up of what we have and where he feels we need to strengthen, a look at players in a competitive match, not the dross we were playing this pre-season.

I remember a few getting excited at our pre-season performances against non league and lower league opposition, the whole season has been a shambles.

I honestly don't expect to see any difference next season if GFH are still in charge. We need a magician not a manager.

Remember our season isn't over yet. Seven points clear of relegation and can't score despite replacing the useless Becchio with the wonderful morisson

I'm done caring. 3-0 away to Ipswich, in a game we were dominating, all because Warnock thinks a player who can't hit a cows arse with a banjo is better than one who despite his shortcomings scores consistently. If Morison had been 5 years younger I could have understood it, but he's the same age as Becchio but fails miserably at scoring.

I get the irony Eire. Was that you on Yorkshire Radio almost losing it??

Sheldon, the reason for bringing in someone now is that he'll have 7 or 8 games this season to see how many of the kids are ready now, how many will need loan spells with L1 & L2 sides, & which positions will definitely need new personnel.

It might have been a crap day, but with the right Manager, the future isn't too bad. What we will need is to hang on to Byram, White, Dawson & a few others

Morison, worst player I've ever seen in a Leeds shirt, absolutely woeful and inept. Warnock has to go, and go now, seeing him laughing and joking with the fourth official with his team 3-0 down was a disgrace.

**** off Warnock and take that arrogant prick Mick Jones with you <ok>

With the way I've felt this season and in particular now, there is no way on earth I could be allowed near a live phone in. My feeling of contempt and hatred towards everyone responsible for what has happened to my beloved club over the past ten years is indescribable.
