I've just watched it again on BBC Sport and you're right, apologies - their lad ran between East and Hobbs with both of them looking at the other to pick him up. Hobbs should have gone across to try and close him down by the looks of it

Don't like the thought of our central midfield up against Bowyer and Leadbitter.

how did Pusic go against Macc?

Anybody think he's worth a go up top?

Or do we peserve with Fryatt and Simpson, i think were all a bit quick to jump on their cases myself

Pusic didn't do an awful lot to be honest. Didn't notice him at all. Rather have Brady, Dudgeon, Rosey, Evans, Koren back in the starting line up, than Devitt, East, Harper, Dawson, Pusic and the like.

Think we'll have to go with Fryatt and Simpson as Adebola won't be able to last the whole match, plus i dunno how he'll cope, even if he does come on, after his slight niggle in the last one v Blackpool.

think that you will find it is chester and hobbs who the lad ran in between on both goals. the only thing i do not know about is if East was playing the guy onside (out of shot) for the second goal

Went to the game last year and we were in the white top against Ipswich's blue.

Seeing as our away kit is blue, does that mean we'll be playing in our home shirt or have we got a third kit I don't know about?

I expect we'll play in the home kit.

Ipswich were gifted the win @ Bristol and its 3 points for the taking on saturday. Just need to keep that belief.
Brady and Cairney should come back buzzing if nowt else.

Thought so! It's a bit of a rip off but the game should be good.

Hopefully another rendition of 'Portman Road is falling down' will get going!! :emoticon-0102-bigsm

Ipswich have a great squad, but are definitely short at the back. I don't see why we should change to a 4-5-1, we played fine with Fryatt & Adebola up top (though I'd much rather have Simpson) and just two in the middle.

McLean has genuine pace, so it will obviously be benificial to have him back. Nice to see he's announcing the finite details of his fitness on twitter before the club say anything definite....

If we remain positive and keep ipswich quiet and get the crowd against them we can get something. There's no point us going there and being scared of them, or else why bother going at all? Anyone can beat anyone in this league. I'm feeling a 4-5-1 of Basso, Rosenior, Chester, Hobbs, Dudgeon, Brady, Evans, Mckenna, Koren, Pusic and Fryatt. UTT.

I know what you mean here, but when was the last time the OWS disclosed info on a player's injury? It doesn't happen unless it's a really long-term injury where the player has returned to training or something.

Based on the Macc game I wouldn't play Pusic and drop Cairney, If we're going to do well in this league we need to be using players like him as much as possible, he will win us points single handedly at times. I'd like to see Adebola or McLean play if fit.
