Going to be a weird match day thread. Most of us supporting City whilst RR creaming himself everytime Ipswich attacks hoping they score
Can’t say the players aren’t playing for the manager.. I thought we’ve played really well apart from a few suicide passes by Pring and McCrorie. First half gritty performance
Quite comfortable so far bar we lost Moore on a corner. Ipswich had trouble playing out, will be interesting how they change 2nd half. As individuals our lot aren't that blessed with talent, we're like robots playing, well, to a system.
An expected poor first half but we are still in the game and despite me trying to find some positives I came up empty I regret to say. The usual mistakes from Max don't fill me with confidence including one where he hit the Ipswich player and followed it up a minute or so later with an uncontrolled blast into Row Z. The only thing I saw was a good cross from Cornick that gave Nakhi a chance which he took well and got it on target at least. Ipswich will come out for the next 45 minutes with a plan to counter our play and we could get an onslaught that we can't handle especially with our well known dithering in and around our penalty area. Having said that it could be one of those times where we stink out the joint and come home with a point or better. Fingers crossed for a good outcome.
First half fair play keeping them at bay. ispwich are playing poorly or we are doing a job stopping them not sure But take a 0-0 at full time
I think my tv is broke, did Mehmeti just complete a dribble with an end product? I’m gonna give him the benefit of the doubt and say he aimed for the heel of the defender
I know a bloke who can fix your TV rhino and I always get him around to check mine if I watch City winning a game. In all honesty we could have had a second by Wells but the post got in the way. Massive changes by Ipswich so let's see what that brings to the match.
