Not sure if injuries have occurred, but a completely different back three of Clarke, Keogh, and Edmundson. Keogh starting fills me with a bit of apprehension. Ladapo also gets the nod up front ahead of Hirst.
5 changes is quite dramatic, doubt Keogh is the answer. No sign of Aluko. Am I worried at half the team changes? Lets hope for the best.
And given the options on the bench expecting wholesale changes to the attack part way through second half
I may have underestimated!! What i would say about Keogh is.... Oxford would never have walked thru our defence had he been playing, by far our most physical defender imo!
We are playing with an intensity, pace and confidence we havent seen for a month or more. Very comfortable, we have our team back! Our man Harry enjoying a fine debut.
Some of Ladapos hold up play and touches tonight have been superb. If he plays like this I understand why we play 2 10s
This all being said Morcombe are the first team in a while I've see us play against who are so open...maybe it was the fact we scored an early goal but that corner again came from a bit more quicker direct play. Burns is getting a run on the full back much more than I've seen in ages
