You see on the bottom of your post it says rep power this is gained or lost when others give you positive reputation. They can also give negative rep. The rep points also get added to your account points. If you approve of a post you click the black star under the post and select positive. Elland created a sticky thread the rep theatre where users give each other rep in a back slapping exercise. The idea I think is to have users here represented at the top of the rep scores for the whole forum. For someone who don't use the rep facility a lot of people must have given you rep. How the hell do you think you have 68,449,049 account points.
