Gentlemen, I've a question for you. Ever since the 94/95 season when both yourselves and Leicester were struggling at the bottom of the Prem, I always kind of lumped both Clubs together. When thinking of one, I'd think of the other. I want to finally find out definitively which is the bigger Club?

So, taking account of the usual criteria when discussing the size of a Club (history, tradition, stadiums, attendances, nationwide/Worldwide appeal etc), which of the two Clubs do you think is bigger and why?

(I've just posted the very same thread over on the Leicester Board)

Given that the population of Leicester is almost three times the size of Ipswich it's difficult to make meaningful comparisons.

Exactly.

I don't really understand Hoopster's intentions.

Andy you seem to be agreeing that Leicester should be a far bigger Club given the population disparities?

What does population have to do with club size?

In terms of followers, yes, Leicester has a larger fanbase.

But in terms of success, Ipswich clearly win.

Taking into account Leicester's support out in the far east.. support wise they would probably trump us.

History wise, (I may be speaking out of turn) but we perhaps shade it, but recent history would probably favour Leicester..

Both clubs would both trump QPR though <whistle>
