My first job would be to identify Royston.
I would immediately ban him from here(he'd not be upset as he has been banned on about 20 forums anyway).
This would be done to get the stalker to say hello, then we could then put Royston back on.

I have only been banned from one site, where I upset the Mod by criticising his obsession with Steve Waggott collecting community awards from Greenwich Council.
I voluntarily quit the other site [the one where the Mod is an alky & supports Cardiff
