Sick of VM increasing prices. I pay just for internet what new customers pay for a package inc TV and phone.

Thinking about sacking them off but need good internet

Any advice lads?

If you're beyond the agreed contract length, then ring them up and tell them exactly that, if they don't match the same package, then **** them clean off and get a new supplier. Easy done <ok>

I would do this with most other things but I need decent internet connection and it always seems VM are the best

What I need us basically advice in say his good talk talk are, if people use them.

What do you guys know about speed?

I mean VM say up to 100 and BT say up to 56 and others say 17mb

Do I need 100, bearing in mind there are multiple users on laptops tablets etc?

How many users in multiple and is it commercial or merely domestic use?

Have you speed tested your current supply?

Current supply hasn't been an issue, its VM.

It's cost that is annoying as VM do better offers for new customers than existing. So for £32+ I get just BB but a new customer gets BB, phone and TV for same price.

Plusnet are really cheap but speed is up to 17mb don't want to sign up if its huge difference

No mate, I mean have you actually speed tested it using an online tester, so that you can see what you're getting (as opposed to what they're saying is the *max* speed) and can then therefore make a judgement as to what level you need, as if you're only getting say 17MB and it's working fine for your household then you know where you are.
