Serious question ... how do you find out if a woman is lesbian or bi ?? ... not sure if this one in the crosshairs is straight or queer ... like I say only SERIOUS answers required
A failsafe way is to go up to her and ask "Can we have sex tonight?" If she says no she is a lesbian. Or your sister at her time of month, if you are from Manchester.

If she's in your cross hairs and you are asking this there must be a context behind it. You've probably not seen her going off with other lads or have seen her turn down blokes only. The very best way of getting this done is have a wing man or better yet wing woman do the come on first and see what happens. I think theses days if women are actually hot they will be out there anyway and won't be hiding their orientation. Lesbians flaunt it now. must be a reason you are asking. the thing is hitting on her and getting a no means you can move on no harm no foul. whats there to lose.
Ask her who her favourite singers/actors whatever are. Work it out from the sort of people she likes.
