Join QPR's network of officially recognised international supporters’ clubs …

FOLLOWING the success of our Fan Groups Directory, the club is delighted to announce that supporters’ clubs based overseas are now able to apply for ‘official’ recognition which will last for the duration of the 2014/15 season.

To qualify for official recognition, you must fulfil the following criteria:
Have a presence on at least two social or digital media channels (e.g. Twitter & website)
Communicate with your members at least once a week during the season
Host at least six QPR match viewing parties during the 2014/15 season open to all QPR fans in your area (minimum of one in any two month period)
Provide proof to the club via email (e.g. photos of viewing parties) that you are fulfilling the above obligations every two months
Not be profit-making, with QPR reserving the right to audit accounts and view bank statements upon request
Refrain from doing anything that could be deemed damaging to QPR
In return, officially recognised supporters’ clubs will receive:
A certificate from QPR
Use of the ‘Officially recognised by QPR 2014/15’ logo on social and digital media
A contact at the club to answer queries about group ticket bookings and other topics
QPR will share supporters’ club content on its social channels from time-to-time
A free International Hoops Membership for the group leader
Monthly supporters’ club newsletters
An ‘Officially recognised by QPR 2014/15’ logo next to the club’s name on the www.qpr.co.uk supporter group directory
To join our network of officially recognised international supporters’ clubs, please email your club’s name, your contact details (if you’re happy for us to publish them), country and a link to your social and digital channels to [email protected].

We recognise that many cities and countries around the world have more than one supporters’ club, so we will not be imposing a limit on the number of officially recognised supporters’ clubs that can exist in an area; instead we wish to reward all supporters’ clubs that actively promote the club around the world.

As such, we ask fans not refer to their club as “The Official QPR Supporters’ Club of…”.

In addition, you should choose a unique name that is clearly different from the other established clubs in the Fan Groups Directory.

Thank you for your continued support.

Thanks 999's.

The London Irish Superhoops on facebook have already applied. Over 506 members in less than 5 weeks. We are the only website to represent the London Irish UK & Ireland community.

the official qpr supporters living in my house only has 2 members
and no social media
life is so unfair

Don't despair Kiwi. You might qualify as an overseas supporters club and thereby qualify for a free International Membership. Have a close look at the requirements. They are pretty easy to meet.

Same here Kiwi, and this is the only social media we engage in - dies Not606 count?

Think our lot are looking into this but we get most of those benefits already anyway !!
We get messages, tweets and videos from TF and the players for most of our meet already.

Have to speak to those that run our couple..

Kiwi, get on facebook / Twitter and request a join for "Hoops Down Under" <ok>

nice knowing you then.
I guess we'll do our own thing in future as you've unfriended us all too

He left last night Inky. I don't see why he feels he needs to lie. Strange way to behave. If he was unhappy about anything he could have just spoke up like any man would.

Anyway back to the real point of this thread, the Irish R's are looking at this and if the group want to go with it sure why not. As most of the members on there aren't lucky enough to get over to games, official meet ups and a board where we can all discuss the club is vital.
