Isn't it strange how the temperature in many African nations such as Egypt, Algeria, Sudan, Ethiopia, Somalia and Libya all have temperatures that are 40+ degrees in June/July yet nobody has said this is proof they are unfit to host an international football tournament?

Am I the only one here who wouldn't mind one iota if England fail to qualify?

Our presence in major tournaments is just as pointless as Arsenal's and even more embarassing. I'd much prefer the Spurs quartet to avoid the possibility of injury combined with the certainty of humiliation and long-lasting damage to their confidence.

There is no point. I wouldn't care if we withdrew altogether.
 
Slovakia look sharper and more skillful. England on the other hand are playing with the commitment and energy of an end of season friendly. Pathetic!!
Mind you, how the **** can we ever be taken seriously at this level playing the likes of Jones and Ox-C?? <doh>
