The definition of an England manager appears to be to repeat the same thing that didn't work last time (or ever?) and repeat the same thing assuming it will be different this time. Hart makes loads of mistakes - no problem he's a good keeper (the best says the manager this afternoon!) we'll just play him again; Sterling puts in some of the worst performances ever in an England shirt - no problem, he cost lots of money so he must be good, we'll just play him again.
