episode 7 of All or Nothing the manager is discussing with Levy, how Winks is a sideways passer of the ball naturally and how he is encouraged to pass forward

Probability suggests now and again he should get one right.

It’s a shame for us he’s used it up with England

To be fair he does have an assist in the league this season too...

Just a shame it was for West Ham.

Only tier 1 winners get to qualify for the finals. Tier 4 winners don’t qualify for anything except promotion to Tier 3 except in the unlikely event that 11 of the higher tier winners all qualify for the World Cup or get to the playoffs as two playoff spots are reserved for the two best tier winners not otherwise qualified. That is a good safety net for Wales unless two of Spain, Belgium, Italy and France don’t come in the top two of their World Cup group.

Still a grand thing for Gibraltar.Place is smaller than the Isle of Wight.

They won a group against similarly sized opponents, going by population, so fair play to them.
Gibraltar = 34,003, Liechtenstein = 38,749, San Marino = 34,232.

Not just Liverpool fans but most of our Liverpool loving print media journalists, but I don't think its any great surprise Southgate has never seemed to be a big fan, Trippier has been his first choice on the right almost throughout his tenure, Trent has been in plenty of squads but seldom been picked in the bigger matches. He hasn't generally played as well this season (except against us!), and James is probably in better form. I was expecting Wan Bissaka to be included after suggesting he might go elsewhere, as long term if Southgate persists with 3 centre backs with a FB on the right he has the attributes to replace Walker.
