Nonsense. You get leverage by raising your arms as you jump and then lowering them quickly. You certainly don't need them to be leading away from your body.
Not sure why Southgate only used one sub. Seems like a wasted opportunity.

I totally agree he has carried a genuine threat in every match we have played, and with Harry now looking like a world class centre forward again we have a chance.
Harry is now playing like a combination of Chivers, Greaves and Hoddle.
Do you think he was immense tonight? Missed a sitter, dived for a penalty and spent the night chasing up blind alleys. He has been good in the tournament I just thought he was poor tonight.
