I know for a fact that there are people on here (towards the younger end of 16-25) who are my friends or who know me, and not just on the Hull board. I would never confess to using this site
I have tried learning the guitar, hasten to say the guitar got put back in the box, and put away until I see fit to start again! Just something not very musical or co-ordinated about my fingers.
Vespas n Lambretta cut downs / chops .. Scooter rally's , Trojan reggae / Ska . Spending time in the lake district in my tent. Avoiding Hospitals ..
Watches, Oris and Zenith. Writing novels and short stories, just started one for my 8 year old grandson, "The Boy Who Liked to Kick the Ball" Oddly I don't follow Football! I'm only interested in City. But the business of football is more interesting to me than the game. I don't watch if City are not involved. Sport wise I hate golf, £15 and you only hit the ball 70 or so times.
2i bob, hence the lack of bonnet vents, got it for £1200 when my Hyundai got written off, only 360 of them left on the road you know (the 8v version anyway) the rest have probably rotted or being put in ditches
Don't put your guitar in a box, hang it on a wall, get a stand for it and see it as a nice ornament. That way your more likely to pick it up now and then. Your fingers are the same as Hendrix's. No excuses, play damn you !
I've got a stand and a bag that also went back in their relevant boxes it's a nice accoustic, when I bought it I had visions of Gallagher, sadly they were Kirsty and not Noel!
I'm having a go at being religious. I was going to try Islam but they don't do booze. Not keen on the beards either. In the end I went for hard line Christianity and am living the Amish way of life.
In no particular order, music, football, computers (yes I know yawn) travel, reading, table tennis, snooker and billiards not pool though, playing my guitar and trying to compose some songs, photography (of which I have yet to raise above the level of crap, still struggle with F stops and the such) cycling for pleasure not competition or anything, technology in general.
I would have thought with images of Kirsty Gallagher you'd have been an expert when it came to strumming away on your banjo.
Nice little article considering the lack of City during the weekends, my interests outside of Footie: - Web Design/Development - Modifications to my 57plate Corsa - Swimming - Learning how to DJ
D'oh.. Read the word Aston for colour, thought Aston Martin car. Nice, my mate had a Karmann Ghia for a few years sold it on for a profit. Appreciating asset, providing you haven't been too anal about the restoration!
