As for this salary cap, and though this is by now hoary old ground, any serious club, certainly next season should be taking this to court. It would not stand a snowball's chance in hell of surviving a legal challenge.

Fingers crossed. If we are still in league 1 I’d be looking to add young players on loan from prem clubs. Is there a limit as to how many loans we can play on a match day??

Aye, think it's four or five. Whatever it is, we had one too many the year we dropped from the Championship. Shambles does not come close to describing our former transfer business.
