i wouldnt want it. when teams go up or down it may result in too many teams in 1 section meaning 1 or more teams would have to be pushed into the other section which would be a different league. you may plan your squad around facing certain teams and then the following season you get forced into the other league for the other section and that would be a bit unfair. 1 section may have more teams that have higher budgets tahn the other section meaning better quality teams/players and will be unfair.
