Historically tv viewing figures are low in August so they are getting in their quote of weeds games now as they won't feature at the sharp end of the season....

I wonder how they feel seeing the likes of Hull, Swansea, Fulham and Palace on Sky playing in the Premier league.. must hurt.

;)

Don't they have a quote of tv games per team... About 3? Guess they are just getting some teams out of the way so they can show the more important games later in the season <ok>

Am looking forward to the top 2 paying on Sunday though....

Sky do not care and the BBC do not care either because we are right under their London noses and we cannot be seen for the light of their northern favourites Manchester United and Liverpool. If we were the London three, Chelsea Arsenal and Totteham Hotspur, we might have a chance, but we are not.

We cannot even claim to be a big sleepy giants like Derby County, Newcastle United or Nottingham Forest who have to look more than thirty years ago for some success.

Is frusting the BBC show us last in the Championship review always, because they have all been at QPR drinking the Mittal family's champagne and being a short walk from their offices.

Ah but ak, we were shown second on Saturday night - our image must be improving at BBC Towers!

But, wait a minute, it was probably Reading, still basking in their season of Premiership glory, that were being shown, and we got in the way....

Now this is an interesting thought. Why dont Leeds fans worry about Leeds and their dull thug like style and Watford fans will enjoy our silky flowing and free scoreing style. Surely even an uneducated Leeds fan can understand that.

It's such a good and interesting point that Marco himself cannot be bothered to come back and respond to our answers - says it all really <laugh>

The reason is, and so many of us are falling in to the trap, that he is a WUM. He throws the comments out, expecting to draw a response, and then sits back smugly while we all do respond! As said by a few others on this thread, the best way to deal with it is don't give him the satisfaction of any response!

It is interesting in as far as its possibly a eureka moment for the poor lad. The term thought would be a genesis moment for it... the lancashire reject probably been on the earth 11 years (yes he's probably a 11yo kid) and this would have been a shock to actually experience a "thought" which can only be generated by the linking of at least a pair of neurons which as we all know is very unusual for a dirty fan in that their brain cell count usually tops out at one. On the other hand it has stimulated some response, as we all know the TV powers that be tend not to focus on football but more on what they feel the masses should be fed whether that be the drivvle of coronation street or the suicide provoking mind numbing version of the great game dished out by 70s has been teams...

We're not right under their noses as the BBC sports department relocated during last season to Salford, near Manchester.

^^^

When I was a kid the internet wasn't really invented so trolling didn't exist but if it did would I have been the same? I'd like to think not but maybe when your shoe size, age and IQ are all + or - minus a couple of each other it's tempting....

The only place I've heard that you're amazing to watch is from your own smug fans.

From what I've seen of you you're actually not that good. Just a set of foreign bottlers.

Here is another interesting thought for you Marko, see if you can put two and two together and come up with five again?

What's happening in Suffolk this weekend that's reduced the average IQ of Ipswich but increased the average IQ in Leeds?

Well this is what Nigel Adkins said about the game against Reading
"It was a cracking game of football. It really was.
"We’ve changed our formation to play against a team that is a good side

From Bournemouth boss Eddie Howe
where we kept giving the ball back to Watford and you can't do that against a good team.

Birmingham manager Lee Clarke
"We didn't deserve to lose against a terrific team who will be there again at the end of the season because of the pace they play at.

So there you go, the managers of the three teams we have played in the league so far have all said how good we are.

I tell you what let's just let the football do the talking, we'll revel in our smugness and enjoy watching the boys in yellow, you revel in your acidic comments and your boys in white. We're happy with the style of football, the results and the all around feel at the club and certainly couldn't give a toss what other clubs supporters think, so yes we're smug, yes we're arrogant, yes we're enjoying our moment and no there's absolutely nothing you opposition fans, managers, players can do to change that, win lose or draw the footballs great to watch and I'll admit it wasn't always the case, in times a past (under Aidy) we had to revel in results and ignore a certain lack of flair, under GT we had flair but not everybody could see it, under Zola we have flair we have so far had good results and there are a lot of smiles around the club. I take it as a compliment that we're not that good, to be beaten 6-1 at home by a team thats not that good would make a team what?
