Zablade one man doesnt make a team!! we had Tamas Priskin who did ok sold to the tractor boys for 1.7M and did nothing!!! Got Danny Graham for 250k from Carlisle (plus lots of add ons now) who was superb! Its all about finding the right club and environment for a player to flourish! Time will tell whether you are right or not, but I do trust our recruitment team!

No matter, we have a fairly successful track record of 'turning around' players whose attitudes have hindered their careers. Certainly not 100%, but more successful than most. And if we fail, we'll probably still sell him on for a million or so
I think someone is a little bit bitter about his team getting relagated. O dear, enjoy league 1, Sheff Utd being in league 1 will mean less injuries in the championship though
Very good article Nobe, I feel that these signings are very positive in terms of them all having experience at a decent level to bolster what is a very young and raw squad. Dyche certainly seems as someone that the players can get along with well, and he has emphasized that the spirit of the squad will be vital to this season. I feel quite positive that there are three worst teams in this division than us, but we desperately need a couple of strikers and a left-back. Would love to see Weimann back on loan, or even as a permanent as I can't see him breaking into the Villa team anytime soon. I understand what Zablade is trying to say, I mean we would say the same to Ipswich fans for signing Ellington from us. Sometimes, a new club, new surroundings, and a fresh start can simply revitalise a player. Look at MacAnuff at Reading, I remember towards of his spell with us he could barely be bothered to track back, and now he is the captain of the Royals. Look at our 2005/2006 promotion team, made of players who had lost their way like Spring, King, Henderson and Carlisle.
