You literally have to not watch the games and let bias cloud your judgement to single out Flamini as someone who doesn't try.
I don't think Flamini doesn't try 100%. I think it's more to do with his specific role and what players are with him that makes the difference. Playing with Ramsey and having him share the defensive duties has worked well. Sometimes you need to have the right conditions and at the moment, Flamini working as our DM alongside Ramsey is working. Same goes for players like Ozil, he needs to have the right midfield around him to function properly. Take away his protection and our players closing down, then we wouldn't see so many assists coming from him. It's a team game and we're playing well as a team at the moment.
