Lads, clearly you disagree a lot with each other (and can sometimes get personal), so can I ask you to put each other on the ignore list. That way then, you won't have the need to respond to each other as you will not be able to read each others posts.

Phil - you know I like to talk "footy" as you put it. I also used to wum over here on the old Beeb 606 - it's all part of forum life, not just patting each other on the back like a bunch of sycophantic fairies, and we each gave as good as we got.
This is meant to be a football chat forum and that includes "inter-club banter". Some over here seem to get all stressed up about the term, and label it the same category as the inane drivel that emanates from just a few.
I said earlier that this thread seemed to be created by Graduate in an effort to quell the infighting between yourselves, but it appears to have gone off at a tangent toward another inter-club personal spat as well, and for no reason at all this time.
I'd prefer to talk football and get in some banter digs on that level, rather than get involved with comments about local geography, demography, ethnicity and similar mind numbing crap from both sides. It just ruins the atmosphere and destroys it all.
I only visited regarding Taff being wrongly made out to be wumming over here - he certainly isn't. I don't really know why he chose to post on this thread, but then again it's his choice, and he can post where he likes unless banned.

Agree completely Sparkey, and we need to get back to how it was on the old BBC 606 somewhat, there's far too much crap and personal garbage, and I'm getting a bit fed up with it, if the truth be known, hopefully things will settle down as the season starts!..............
