Really? Learn something new everyday, as long as I can remember he was a CM, fairplay then. Good player, can't imagine him being strong aerially though.
I remember him coming through as a CB, I'm sure. Funnily enough, it was vs you lot 2 years back when I noticed him, West Ham were awful, but he was excellent spraying balls about, winning tackles etc. I could be mistaken, but I'm sure he was originally a CB.
I have only ever known Noble as a CM as well.
