I see the Telegraph is now linking us (along with others) with Isaac Hayden, who's leaving Newcastle this summer. He's another player who can play at both DM and CB. "Arsene Wenger has described Hayden as a player whose key assets are concentration, intelligence and strength. Equally comfortable at centre-back or in central-midfield, whilst having also previously featured at right-back and as a playmaker." I think he'll go to West Ham or another London side. Brighton are also said to be interested and would probably have an advantage over us.

Glad to let go most of them. Louis McIntosh and Bilal Kamal I thought looked pretty exciting. So that's a bit of a shame. If Webber and Farke don't rate them, then bye bye.
I think that for our academy to keep producing first - team regulars, they have to be ruthless with those not up to standard!

Yeah Passlack is a funny one. He's on loan, hasn't played, but (at least a few months ago) Dortmund were apparently happy with his loan spell and his progress. Bild are apparently reporting that Dortmund are giving up on him, so will sell/loan him again this summer. Given how highly rated he is/was, it does sound a bit like a potential Norwich signing, particularly if he's available for a nominal fee. The Pinkun/EDP expect him to leave however, so presumably he hasn't impressed enough over the year for Norwich to be interested long term. They'll certainly know enough to make an informed decision.
Two expensive mistakes: RvW and Naismith. The latter seems to be top dog at Hearts with several goals, but is injured? What ever happened to RvW? Lafferty at Rangers has gone quiet, but at least he has managed some goals.
Would have scored with us if we played football how we did last season! Houghton defensive style was awful for him! He was expected to play like Holt but was never that type of player!
