It exhibits a strange lack of ambition on the player's part, in my opinion. He was the leading scorer and could've made the step up to the next level but chose Crawley? Very odd.
I agree. It's either a lack of ambition, or a lack of confidence. In a decent team at a higher level, I'm sure he could have made an impact.
