Please God (and Woy), injure some players from other teams tonight, for a change (especially the little Gary Coleman lookalike ****, if possible).

    Many thanks. xxxxx

Sturridge: I'm fit and ready to go
Daniel Sturridge insists he is ‘fit and ready to go’ after returning to training this week.
The striker has joined his teammates in their daily sessions at Melwood this week after recovering from the knee injury that had ruled him out of Liverpool’s last seven matches.
Now Sturridge admits he is relishing the prospect of getting back to action under new manager, Jürgen Klopp.
“I’m fit and ready to go and it’s going to be a great time for me,” said the No.15, speaking at the launch of LFC Retail’s Signature collection on Wednesday evening.
“It’s been great under the new manager. I’ve been back training for the past couple of days and I was training when he first arrived.
“It’s an exciting time to be at the club and I’m enjoying working with him and the style of football. It’s important for us to understand what he wants us to do.”

Boss: Good news on Jordan and Mama fitness
Jürgen Klopp delivered positive news on the fitness of Liverpool captain Jordan Henderson, centre-back Mamadou Sakho and more of his squad at his press conference on Thursday.
The skipper has not featured for the Reds since mid-August while his French teammate was forced off with an injury before half-time against Crystal Palace last time out.
“[Henderson] is in a really good way,” said the manager. “Next week, maybe parts of team training, we will see. But he’s in a really good way.
“Mama is good news. It’s not that serious as we thought in the first moment.
“We don’t want to give you a time – you can ask every day – but it’s not Christmas 2016! So that’s good. Between now and 2016! [Laughs] It’s good news, it’s not too serious.”
Klopp also confirmed James Milner and Kolo Toure are in contention to face their former club, Manchester City, on Saturday, as is Jordon Ibe.
Jordan Rossiter will not be available for the trip to the Etihad Stadium, but the midfielder is almost ready to re-join the squad at Melwood.
The boss added: “He will start on Sunday with normal team training. He finishes his rehab tomorrow and will be in team training on Sunday.”
Jürgen Klopp will check on the fitness of Daniel Sturridge over the next 24 hours before deciding whether he will be in contention to be involved against Manchester City on Saturday.
The striker resumed training at Melwood this week following a knee injury that had kept him out of the Reds’ last seven outings.
Klopp told his pre-City press conference: “He is as fit as he can be after this long break. He has trained with us.
“Of course he is not at 100 per cent, so now we will have to see.
“I don’t know what I will do tomorrow when I name the squad. I have to think about it.
“His quality is outstanding, we don’t have to talk about it, but like everybody he needs training.
“Today was his third full exercise with the team after four-and-a-half to five weeks' break.
“But as a striker sometimes five minutes are enough, so we’ll have to see. I have to decide this tomorrow – and I’ll start thinking about it after the press conference.”
Sturridge has not figured for Liverpool since starting the Merseyside derby with Everton at Goodison Park on October 4.
Asked whether he felt he would need to ease the 26-year-old back into action gradually, Klopp replied: “The problem with Daniel’s quality is that everybody can see it – it is obvious. He is an unbelievably strong player.
“So when he is in training, you see it and you think ‘nice’. But as I said, we have to think about it [whether he can be involved at Man City].
“We can take him to Manchester but he has to train around the game, on Sunday and Monday. He has to train now, that’s for sure, because after four-and-a-half weeks’ break…I’m not sure if Liverpool even had that long for their summer break.
“In four and a half weeks, he couldn’t train – he was not cycling or running, but now he’s started and because he is a skilled guy, after a few minutes you see it and think maybe we should?
“Everybody wants to see more of him on the pitch and we have to find the right balance. We will see – I haven’t decided.”

Good that Ibe is getting back in form and Sturridge is back if we must be without Coutinho.

Coutinho injury not serious - minor hamstring strain. Should hopefully be fit for Swansea but will be assessed.

Maybe Coutinho can be on the bench for Swansea or rested completely.
