****ing right Neil and I think back to all the times I've seen the south korean police dealing with the student demos in seoul firing tear gas into the crowds to disperse them and using the water cannon on them.
 
they really need to get ****ing tough now or this will happen time and time again with any little excuse,,,,,

Already, during these riots, hundreds of people have been arrested. There will be a further clamour from the press and politicians for revenge, and to hand the police even greater powers. We utterly oppose such measures. Far too many rights have been stripped from us already

Been reading this Cap'n Jack, great stuff. Sadly the OB won't like anyone taking their thunder wawy from them. I wouldn't p**s on a copper if was on fire, 'cause the first thing he would do when the flames were out is book me for p***ing in public. Have to agree with the sentiments, but. Only hope things haven't gone too far south to able to recover. These things take years to foment and can't be undone overnight. If you want to blame someone, blame the parents of these kids, they've probably been brought up in an environment of workshyness and social benefits. They don't know any better. Still and all, a good kick in the jacksie wouldn't go astray.
