This video has made my day! I remember working with a Pompey - supporting colleague who suggested that the situation in 2009 with Portsmouth in the PL and Siants in the Div One had restored the natural order of things from when he was a child in the 1940's / 50's. The one thing that I regret about my company is that this bloke retired as I would have slaughtered him over the last few seasons!! Watching this video begs a few questions. Who is the singer (love the remark about the auto-tune) and is the backing track actually stolen from another record is did a number of musicians actually go in to a studio to produce that. (Assuming it wasn't a 14 year old in his bedroom with a mixing desk??) Small surprise that there are no credits for this piece of crud. Whoever wrote it should have their copy of "Viz" confiscated from them - ever Roger Melly would blanche at those lyrics. It's funny how what (for Portsmouth) once passed as cutting satire should now appear to be hugely ironic! This tune is so bad as to make you feel nostalgic for Chas n' Dave.
