I only got an E in English mate, don't take what I say as gospel. Im a great mathematician though On a side note. I'm getting my own flat in a couple of months. Living with my lass is to stressful at times, so I need a get away. Perfect for us boys to party/chill in
Prices for World Cup 2014 Brazil - 3/1 Argentina - 4/1 Germany - 11/2 Spain - 7/1 Belgium - 14/1 France - 20/1 Colombia - 25/1 Uruguay - 25/1 Italy - 28/1 Holland - 28/1 Portugal - 33/1 England - 33/1 I reckon the bookies have called this right. I expect the three teams at the top of the betting to fight it out. At the moment, my money will be going on Germany.
Argentina are my pick as it stands, Brazil will be strong as hosts, and of course Germany are a superb unit. Germany's lack of pace defensively makes them vulnerable to the top 2, on that basis I'd putting them down as semi-finalists this time around, I fancy Blgium to make up the final 4, of course this is all 'draw permitting'. Spain, for me, they will be incredibly strong still, but they aren't what they were and I don't think they'll go past the quarters this time around. Another team to watch for, being in South America, is Chile, easily a better side than Colombia who are some folks dark horses, they play utterly ridiculous attacking football and will always be a threat, at the absolute worst, expect them to be the most entertaining side in the tournament.
Interesting about Chile, I didn't see them as anything special (albeit a friendly game) against England. I think the tournament will be a bit to soon for Belgium, fancy them to rip up Euro 2016
£2 returns just under £70 at ladbrokes Be typical, city throw title away at united, liverpool fail to capitalise v us
Tonight I've done a four team accumulator at odds of 15.5/1 N Forest QPR Leyton Orient Preston All home games which is a bonus.
They have some unreal players mate, Arturo Vidal is the best holding, box to box midfielder in the world, Sanchez can turn any game in a second, Mati Fernandez is one of the tidiest passers I've seen. They are a good dark horse mate, can't win it, but could easily do late knockouts, especially as it's in South America.
You'd ****ing love that wouldn't ya I've got a soft spot for you guys, always appreciated what you achieved under Fergie. I'm not a bitter or jealous person (like half the country). My brother is ST holder for you's and he's down there now
got a few on for today and tomorrow Arsenal Liverpool Man City, Everton West Ham Arsenal Liverpool, Burnley Hudd V Boro draw Nottm Forest Leicester, Reading Watford QPR Scunthorpe Southend and Leyton Orient Wolverhampton York Burnley Nottm Forest
Yep, regardless of where your living when I'm finished doing the flat up, You, GC and anyone else from here will head over for a party
About 2.40/1 whacked a tenner on it. Like you say it's a banker and comfortably covers my other smaller bets (which are a daft quid two quid here and there) and still leave me up.
I was miles away mate Got a feeling Man Utd are just starting to click now and I fancy them to edge it. I'm going to do a couple of 25p lucky 15's tonight. 4 first goalscorers on one and 4 correct scores. I enjoy them, you need 1 to come in for money back, anything else is a bonus. Get all 4 and your talking thousands. Keeps you interested right throughout the night as well.
Done my lucky 15 correct score. 25p so £3.75 cost. Man Utd 3-2 @ 28/1 Everton 2-1. @ 8/1 Arsenal 3-1. @ 12/1 Leicester 3-0 @ 8/1 All 4 pays £11,500
Lucky 15 first goalscorer Oxlade-Chamberlain @ 7/1 Barkley @ 8/1 Mata. @ 10/1 Vardy @ 7/2 (Leicester) Pays £1,480
