He played mostly in midfield for us and scored a few goals. Promotion winner with us last term when he played a bigger part than this season. Good honest player. We have a thing where we do NOT sign dickheads and they have to be a good fit in a team as well as decent in football terms. He certainly fitted that bill and I hope he does well for you too.

Ok, so we have changed formation to roughly 4-4-2, we want cover for every position so
Strikers - Vokes, Taylor, Kone, Lubala
Left wing - Sadlier, Campbell
Right wing - Gmac, Kudua
Central midfield - Scowen, Potts, Butcher, Leahy
Right Back - Grimmer, McCarthy
Left Back - JJ, KvY
Centre back - Low, Taf, Forino

with Wheeler who can play anywhere and some youngsters.

I think JJ is better midfield on the left. His class is invaluable but he needs someone pacey covering him down that left hand side

Wycombe have rejected an offer for Joe Low from Blackpool i just saw on twitter, with 3 central defenders out injured why would we sell him?

Young player who has been out injured for quite a while so not match fit even if physically fit. Has impressed in the small amount he has been seen whilst here and was bought by us as "one for the future". Difficult to be over enthusiastic for you with this one but if he lives up to potential then you have done ok. It is thought doubtful that he will turn out to be yours permanently. Development and game time is what he needs. And no you can't have any more.

Sounds like he might not get much game time then. I was hoping he might stay if he fitted in and was promising. Now you've buggered my enthusiasm for the signing

No point in loaning them if they aren't going to play. Some players must be thinking they won't get a game

And that is another Argyle ex as well. I am surprised he hasn't kicked on from league one because he had a future for sure. Not kept tabs so he might have had injuries as well. Did a decent job for us.

These loan signings. How long do they have on their contracts with their parent club. It could be a shrewd strategy if their contracts come to an end this season and they are unlikely to get much game time, if any, with their parent club. If they get regular games and like it here they might prefer to get the games and stay and we het them free. If they aren't good enough they go back to their parent club anyway
