    Tiote only played 1 game pre season due to visa issues and had been fasting for the past month due to Ramadan so he was always going to be playing catch up fitness wise. Was just about back to his best today though, bar one sloppy ball he won everything and him and Cabaye controlled the midfield.

    Yeah, still not as good as Cabaye though. Got to remember he has been along way below that level this year. Still had a good game.

    To be fair they are very different players, Tiote's the ball winner and Cabaye's the man that pulls the strings in possession. Both excellent in their roles and compliment each other perfectly.

    The excellent MOM performance from Cabaye and the first signs of the return of Tiote are the most pleasing things about today, along with the overall performance of course. The Cabaye/Tiote pairing in midfield could turn out to be awesome for us!
