    The mods have my sympathy, it can't be easy trying to appease everyone. You're not even paid for the inconvienience! Quite frankly the whole suggestion defeats the object of an open forum and is plain ridiculous. But the moderators are just trying to ensure everyone gets what they want.

    I have posted many times on the Sunderland board about a variety of subjects. The abuse you receive at times just for being a black and white is pathetic. I tend to just ignore it. There are plenty of genuine posters who behave in a much more mature way and understand the difference between banter and being a bellend. Nobody minds banter but those who simply say "who cares you're a mag, **** off" etc, I feel sorry for more than anything else. What an insular little world. Its funny this all comes about when Sunderland are having a tough time, I think a few toys need to go back in prams if truth be told. I think some just struggle to accept being laughed at, lets face it Sunderland are providing plenty of ammunition.

    Ah well there you go, no wonder the Sunderland board has the problems it has with folk refusing to post anymore!

    Does this mean we can stop the gays, blacks, whites, spics, wops, chinamen, sand jockeys, kaffas, saffas, jocks, taffs, micks etc cos their views may differ from the muckems too?

    Some of us believe it or not have no interest on going on the mags board. OK I've been on Derby build up etc for the banter but otherwise I'm not bothered about your board

    Clearly you missed the sarcasm in my post, I was satirically trying to point out that if you stop people posting because of their football team then it's a small step from there to stopping people posting based on race, creed or colour

    Just a bad idea full stop. Basically a bunch of cry babies who can't handle banter. Makes you wonder why they bother getting into football, its all part and parcel of it. Just imagine if every board took such an insular view of things when their team is doing ****e, not606 would be gone in no time.
