Whilst I wouldn't be happy to see a return to hoof ball, heavy pitches that are cutting up could well cause us problems if we don't have a plan "B"

Thing is once, Cody starts scoring we won't be having this conversation. You can argue that the way we were playing didn't need Cody, well when you look at it, Norris is the only striker to have scored that season. Cody is a different option to the other 2 and because he's been our top goalscorer for the last 2 years, Justin decided to put him in. I would have done the same. It's also credit to the strength of the squad that JE has those sort of decisions to make and you certainly wouldn't have made this post this time last year when we had Peter Taylor in charge.

Thing is we are talking about now. I didn't go today but I see Cody played and we lost, so the first three games he didn't play we won and the last two games speak for themselves. Maybe we need to go back to what we was doing and drop Cody!

I'm sorry brb but you can't attribute our first loss of the season to Cody and Cody alone. It's a team that has to lose, it's not just down to one player.

Cody has changed the dynamics of the team.

How has he? The formation hasn't changed, all that has happened is that Norris now has someone alongside him who is also likely to score a goal out of nothing.

How has he?....lost our first game with him on the pitch, nearly came a cropper in the previous game with his return, something has changed, he's now getting into Dack's spaces to run into, and Dack has more talent. Not to mention JE's sudden desire to hoofball!

I thought I'd cause mischief and give Pegleg a bit of help

( As much as I 'admire' McDonald )- whilst we persist with hoofball, he might as well just be used to make the half time cup of tea ! .... anyway - I just wanted to say that Williamson seems to be 'under the radar' - certainly not because of all the goals he's scored --- a pity we haven't got this No.9

I think he's taller than McDonald and therefore able to reach all the hoofballs coming in his direction.
