I think the fact that teams from the PL are contesting the two major European trophies shows the quality goes pretty deep. The competition from the top clubs for what talent there is out there is pretty fierce too. Any league has its stragglers and yo- yo clubs. But I’d still mai Tain that there isn’t a more competitive major league anywhere,
