The park and ride is off junction 46. It's on the site of the old Velindre steelworks Have you lot been on Dilli's home made hooch or something ?
You cheeky ****ers. The club should produce a leaflet for away fans to help them out. I've had one through the post from Man City with my match ticket. Top quality with everything you need to know about a trip to the Etihad, including maps and a plan of the stadium. Too much info on it for me to put on here. A really big well done to Man City, but if any of you bastards were going to the game then you'd know this already.
You're confusing the guy no end. The football park and ride is J46 (although it used to be J45). The shoppers park and ride is pretty much opposite the stadium but you can't park in there coz they won't let you. But you can park directly opposite the shoppers park and ride for £6. Takes ages to get out after the game.
Best place to park is in the B & Q's car park at the back of the stadium, you simply drive past the entrace to the stadium, over the river bridge into the retail park at the back, which is first left at the lights, cannot miss it, just park there an hour before the game at least, you'll not have any issues, well I never have, and you have a short 5 minute walk over the bridge to the stadium, enjoy!...............
Thats ok if you're in the mood for a bit of shopping, because it's grid lock after the game . Come up from town , turn up towards Bonymaen , (then abour 500 yards from the junction off ) plenty of free parking without annoying the residents .A short walk down behind the houses and your out by the Cooper Quarter across the "nausea" bridge and there you are
The only way to avoid the grid lock, is parking arround Aberdyberthi street, which is 10 minute walk to the stadium!............. Link:https://maps.google.co.uk/maps?hl=e...=uk&ei=K76DUpWcDpCrhQenqYCoBQ&ved=0CC4Q8gEwAA
