Oh dear, it seems another barcode 10 bob cock muncher has joined the party? Must be **** all happening up at NE1 again tonight. **** off and organise a bouycott somewhere.
Charming as ever Cest, but we all know your fickleness has you one defeat away from another forum retirment thread
Imagine, a fickle football fan. There is no other kind for ****s sake, your mood, and therefore your opinions are squarely linked to fortunes on the park. T o try and ridicule a football fan for that, means you ain't a ****ing football fan.
Muckems , you only lost to two top4 teams in the league this season , am sure all the 32,000 attendence enjoyed the win
Never saw the match as such, watched it on a dodgy internet connection which at best was crap but what i did take from today's performance was Wes Brown. Simply immense at the back, his whole demeanour was great, looked like a rock that refused to be moved, what a game he had and for me along with O'Shea, they were the difference from last season. They allowed the midfield the confidence to play.
Newcastle a top four team!!! **** off. The reason we were so pissed off is because Newcarsetle are ****. The coming months will prove A, Your ****. And B, You wont be anywhere near top four come May.
An excellent result and as Adam said to Eve " Stand back I do not know how big this is going to get "
Nothing fickle about saying when it's bad and praising the good. Did I think we were great today - yes I did. I still have issues - Sess' for me isn't a striker - maybe he needs more games to adjust, plus he's playing with a new strike partner and the midfield behind him is chopping and changing too.......so let's go with more time. I'm still not overjoyed with the left and found the Larrson substitution strange. On the positives I thought the back four were very good. Totally agree with the comment re the two Man Utd players. I thought one moment in the match showed it to a tee. When Kenwyne went though and Titus dived in, however Oshea backed him up and stood on his feet, it just did enough to put Jones off. I've noticed both Brown and O'Shea try to stay on their feet. Their experience shone through. Some praise for Mig (some bad kicking) but he did very well in goal against Stoke and their brand of intimidation. Great save re the free kick too! Elmo caused Stoke lot's of problems 1st half. I thought Bendtner looks good, just needs a goal. The two in the middle of the park were fantastic today, closed down well, created, got in the box - we bossed it. I still can't see us getting 20 goals from the 2 up front though and that worries me. However if we bang in four every week that won't be a problem (if woodgate hadn't scored Bendtner would have) I don't think we are going to leak very many goals though. Please because I've popped a few "concerns on" I'm not being negative, can see room for improvement that's all. I enjoyed today as much as anyone.
