And secondly, once you do this type of thread you kind of back yourself into a corner. I mean where do you go from here? Only one way and that's to leave which means you haven't really thought it through (although I fully expect HIAG will backtrack and that'll be even more cringe)

This isn’t Kipper’s first flounce off thread. I think this is about the 3rd time he’s left this forum <laugh>

He’s a proper melt is Kips. Like you say if somebody asks you something privately, then have a convo via PM, rather than writing a flounce off thread blubbing about it all and fishing for sympathy.

He’ll be back though, claiming it was all some elaborate wind up all along and that he wasn’t rattled at all.

Saffy was discussing terrorism (iirc). Tobes didn't like the subject and closed the thread, even though nothing bad or offensive was said. Saffy hasn't been around since.

He's probably busy but it's a coincidence.
