She was stressed earlier about the house being tidy enough for the delivery man!!

Her godfather is facing some dodgy criminal charges which I have no doubt are total bollocks by some slag after attention, the mrs has just had a letter from hissolicitors advising she may need to go to court as a charactor witness.

She's ****ed up the old bed trying to take it apart & move to **** knows where & has the new bed in pieces on the floor.

Just got a message off her "Oh my god, what a headfuck" I thought oh ffs what now.

"Hugo's not dead at all, it was his funeral & the camera went to Angelo's car & Hugos sitting in the back. Angelo says "Have you seen enough now?". WTF is going on? Home & Away should win a BAFTA"

Its worse than McGregors case mate.

I've met the guy a few times only, but still I very much doubt he did what he's been accused of.
 
Some girl has accused him of touching her up about 10 years ago when she was stopping at his house. She hung round with his daughter who was a smackhead as was she - had nowhere to live because of thieving etc so they let her stay with them.

They more or less stormed his work to get him, seized his works laptop which has 'incriminating evidence' apparently despite the fact the laptops are handed in each week so everybody has different laptops from one day to another - from what I can gather the evidence is some porn site that somebody visited <doh> Hardly makes him a sex fiend!

His job has obviously been affected - can't say where he works but its in the public service so obviously he's off till the case!! His solicitors can't believe the CPS have prosecuted as there is no evidence. The girl has had a major fallout with his daughter which sounds like where it's come from.

Not 100% sure but the mrs saw a message on the moms phone indicating he had an operation on a tumour last week so he must be stressed to ****.

As soon as you mention the charge you think guilty don't you? That would be my worry.

Soon as you say Rape it sticks.
 
I would think the opposite brum, seeing as hardly any rape accusations turn to prosecutions.

As for the laptop, thats just unreal. I'm sure his work will no doubt be able to back him up and tell them that it could have been anyone that accessed the site. If going on a porn site makes you a rapist then there will be 1% of guys in Britain that wouldn't be classed as being a rapist. And thats the 1% thats probably reading how to go about massacaring ****s.

If he's proven innocent then the bird should be locked up <ok>
 
I agree, thats why its so shocking that the CPS have given the ok for prosecution.

We kept being told the charges would be dropped, even after the preliminary hearings etc they said it was a formality in the process & that it would be dropped before Crown Court.

Perhaps the CPS are trying to get the figures to change to encourage real victims to come forward more? And so are prosecuting all claims.

I'm only privvy to bits & pieces, but I know the IT guy at his place has spoke up to say anyone of 50 consultants could have had access to that laptop. Not sure what type of site it was they found but it wasn't naked pics of said girl or anything relevant to the case at all.
