Not going to Cardiff game...I don't enjoy it anymore and have got better things to do. I cannot tell you the sense of numbness and disillusionment I felt after the Swansea game....I've been a season ticket holder for years but have finally lost patience with all of them and I, for one, am voting with my feet this weekend.

There's a canny few I know are staying away cos they don't want to be in a position where they know they will boo the players and pardew at full time.
A catch 22... they want to support the team but don't want to support the regime.
I'm going but honestly thinking of selectively using my ST next year with the unused tickets being whacked on Viagogo... ironically one of fat Mike's sponsorship partners....

I think a lot of people will stay away. I was speaking to a group of my youngest brothers friends before the game last night. All Newcastle supporters. I asked where they were watching the game, "We're not bothering, we're going bowling, its beyond a joke" They didn't go to the Swansea game and are not going to the Cardiff game. They hadn't missed a home game since they were 16. They are 24. That is not good when you are getting that level of disconnection with that age group and below.

Pah! We can see right through that post. You're just trying to pretend you're young enough to have a younger brother in his twenties!

The unfortunate thing is that there will be a lot of people who will still go, still sit there in silence, act like nothing is wrong and will stay at the end and applaud Pardew and the team. I am going - with the sole intention of venting my fury at the puppet on the touchline. Final whistle. I'm leaving. I should probably stay away but I want to vent.

On NUFC.com they are saying some lads were trying to organise for mass walkout on Saturday after 60 mins. It would attract massive headlines if it came off. Might even make Ashley think about next season, and lack of season ticket sales. We have to do something the club is just dying a slow death at the moment.

I would love this to happen. Our problem is there are too many people that are like sheep and will say it achieves nothing.

It would be televised if it happened but it would need thousands, not just a few here or there. I would be up for it.
I'm in the Gallowgate end top tier.

But if you walk out on 60 minutes you'll miss Shola coming on as sub...

Is it not acting like a sheep to follow hundreds (or thousands) of people leaving on 60 minutes?

What exactly will this achieve? The reason I am going on Saturday is 1, I haven't missed a game this season. 2, I've already paid for my season ticket, so I don't see what waking out or not attending will achieve. It's too little, too late. If this kind of action is to work then it needs to happen halfway through the season or earlier. The problem is, depending on how we conduct our summer business, there may be a renewed sense of optimism next season which brings the crowds in again.

How many people will want to stay away if we go out and spend £30-40m in the summer whether or not Pardew is in charge?

Ok stupid choice of words. I think this can be a demonstration that people have had enough. Call it apathy or whatever but fans have actually had enough of MA and Pardew.

I do not know what the right thing to do on this one.

I cannot believe that pardew is still in the job.

It can only be that he either owes Ashley money or Pardew has something over Ashley. It was always odd why we sacked Hughton for Pardew in my mind.

The club is in freefall and the fact is without investment next season by Christmas we will be in the relegation zone. Thus either way something will happen. Investments then, Pardew sacked, Both.

Ashley will not let his investment devalue. That is an absolute fact.

Pardew for the first time this weekend has been talking about him staying for the long term, that he sees his job as a long term thing. He keeps harping on that we deserve better, we need investment, we need a team to be proud of.

Maybe he is on our side but he is using the media to try and get Ashley to invest.

MAYBE it is Pardews plan to play the players at a slower pace to force Ashleys hand and invest, basically saying "Look, cashley, if we dont invest this is the dross we will serve up"

? THOUGHTS

A lot of fans who sit beside me are waiting to see who we bring in,see how we are doing in January and if things haven't vastly improved are cancelling season tickets in February. Like myself most are on ten year deal.

What is the obsession with trying to attract media attention with you lot?

All I can say is, whatever happened to investigative journalism?
