The trouble is we are competitive losing by the odd goal proves it, but keep going a goal behind it leaves a mountain to climb stating the obvious we then need two goals which we have managed twice in 18 games. Again the only game I can remember us scoring first was the win against Sheff Wed
Not sure about the offside rule. Kashkett looked to be in an offside position when the initial shot was initiated and when the goalie saved the shot. Questions are: 1. Was he deemed to be interfering with play when the initial shot was initiated (eg in the line of fire) 2. Can you be offside if you are the first to touch the ball after it being parried by the goalie I find these rules that instruct the linesman not to raise the flag until he sees what happens subsequently bloody annoying. Now I'll have to look at the rules
It would seem that if you are in an offside position when the ball rebounds off the post or an opposing player you will be deemed offside Also if you are in an offside position when the ball is kicked by one of your players you won't be offside unless you are interfering with play (eg blocking the view of the goalie) I suspect Kashkett may have been offside on both counts, but very close on the latter I could easily be wrong though
