This for me and it emphasises the need to keep LJ rather than react to short-term losses
This is how I feel too. We have a bright young coach who buys into the club philosophy which the new ownership is trying to establish. We've seen enough good,attacking football to know we are capable of playing well. It may be that we need to get ourselves a specific defensive coach,as that's where we appear to be lacking?
We need to stick with what we have and try to sort the problems and fix the defects. Give it a bit of time for us to learn and improve and get our injured players back.
We're still well in touch with the top in this division.....now is not the time for panic change and review again after the next 3 or 4 league matches.
