This is how I feel too. We have a bright young coach who buys into the club philosophy which the new ownership is trying to establish. We've seen enough good, attacking football to know we are capable of playing well. It may be that we need to get ourselves a specific defensive coach,as that's where we appear to be lacking? We need to stick with what we have and try to sort the problems and fix the defects. Give it a bit of time for us to learn and improve and get our injured players back. We're still well in touch with the top in this division.....now is not the time for panic change and review again after the next 3 or 4 league matches.
Sounds like a sensible approach to me. Anyone who thinks we’re going to be spending boat loads in League One or the Championship clearly doesn’t understand football.
I manage to ignore him 85-90% of the time, but now and again it gets too much. It's the Wyke nonsense that gets to me. We didn't sell him and also he would not have improved us one tiny little bit.
thats is a good point actually, we know the team are more than capable of grabbing a couple of goals so something to make the defence more secure has to help...as long as we get out of this league i reckon at the end of the season the fans will take 1-0's all the way, won't be good watching but the ends will justify the means.
