They've been celebrating the Carling Cup win like they'd won the Champions League and it was a guaranteed starter to great things. The last team to win that second rate trophy got ****ing relegated.

Where is BBF when you need him? Being sick no doubt and taking more of his antipsychotic medication...<laugh>

The scousers struggled to win the final on pens. In fact the Cardiff players were out on ther feet otherwise they would have won the shoot out deservedly...

They were counting their chickens. They were going to go to he FA Cup semi and then get 4th. Talk about premature celebration...

The scousers are now saying **** the champions league. They do not need or want it. They have the Carling Cup...which the most fantastic trophy. We all know what happened to birm City after they won the CC.

Well we can see the same downhill slide for the scousers.

Im glad "King Kenny" lived long enough to see liverpool slip into obscurity. The fact he helped them along with ridiculous buys, cretinous man management and dinosaur tactics makes it all the sweeter.

Time the senile old git was turfed off to a retirement home... but liverpool will probably let him loose with next seasons transfer kitty.

    Its rafa all over again

the world and his dog can see that Kenny is not good for the club, yet LFC fans cannot see it

The LC trophy was all he needed to ensure further support

What a buffoon he is. He has been disastrous for the scousers. He has mishandled everything that has come his way. The budget, the buys, Suarez, everything. The great thing is that because of who heis the scousers will find it difficult to ditch him. He will take them down with him. Great times ahead..<laugh>

I think he's more like Ronaldo or Nani were when they first joined us, just without their pace. Skillful with good technique, but too much of a show pony and willing to dive at every chance. The difference is, SAF and Utd fans wouldn't put up with that and expected more so the players improved. Dalglish and Liverpool fans seem perfectly happy with Suarez as he is and just hope he'll "come good" without trying to make him improve.

Crouch had great feet, but mainly cos he had such long legs he could play a one-two with himself! Carroll can barely stand on his feet, let alone control a ball with them...

No way, Liverpool need to keep Dalglish for as long as possible. Imagine if the Yanks gave a decent manager £100 million to spend - they might actually be a threat then!!

the forlan comparison was in terms of getting goals. Forlans work rate etc was there but his goal scoring record was poor. As is suarez's

And although I probably agree with your views on carrol, I do think he would score more with his feet, say 5 a season?

West Brom have 4 points fewer than Liddypool. We'll never know how Woy would have done at Anfield under the new owners and with the budget that KKK has had to play with (and largely waste). No worse than KKK I suspect.

I think Woy is a good manager that was never wanted or supported at Liverpool by both the fans and the players, and given the shoestring budget he was given he was destined to fail. Dalglish to me seems like a man that is totally out of touch with the modern game, and not just tactically, his handling of the media is comical at times.

Roy was never given a decent chance by the scousers. He was not given a decent budget to buy players. Dalglish was yet he made a pig's ear of the budget. He messed up big time and yet he will be given lots of time. As long as he is around the scousers will be also rans.

I think Hodgson suffered a lot for being appointed by H&G. Not only did this mean the fans hated him for no reason, but he also got **** all money to play with. He also wasn't outspoken enough for the scousers - they want someone to tell them how great they are and that they never have any problems, not someone who will say that realistically if Torres wants to leave Liverpool won't be able to force him to stay. Never mind the fact that he actually got that one spot on... <laugh>

Apparently, those bad buys are Comolli's fault.
