I'm getting healthy again

    Since April I've not been looking after myself like I should. Smoking lots of Cannabis and eating very little and when I did eat it was mostly ****. I've quit smoking dope last week and I'm eating healthy now, I've just had shoulder pork and potatoes with lots of gravy on it.
