It's a bit of both of course, but good managers can get the best out of good 'lazy' players. It's just common sense really. Good managers see it as a challenge, **** managers just want 11 cloggers who work hard.
Didn't have a clue how to organize a team so just told ASM to do his own thing and he bailed us out on his own sometimes. Not that that even worked this season, useless fat manc ****.
ASM needs to stop trying to be brilliant all the time and remember there's 9 other outfield players on the pitch, teams and players in the PL aren't stupid they realise that they can stop him by putting 3 players around him and let him lose the ball as he tries to beat them rather than looking for the out ball, personally I'd cash in and get another talent with Bruno and Joe's attitude in the midfield.
ASM is one of them players who will never ever reach his potential but will have a good career. He doesn’t have a football brain. It’s all natural ability and energy.
