    Jack Ross has made some astute signings, with more decent players lined up. I think we'll get off to a sluggish start but then pick up around Christmas and win the league with a bit to spare.

    Winning the League 1 title was the start of my own club's incredible (in hindsight) resurgence ... hope It's the start of yours mate, sincerely... what's happened to you lot over the last few years is scandalous <cheers>

    It's not an easy league to win, and the standard of football is often surprisingly good. When Saints were in that division, Peterborough, Colchester, Huddersfield and Brighton were all playing some very entertaining stuff. So were Leyton Orient, I was very dorry to see them drop out of the Football League altogether recently.
