One end of the scale clivetime every thread will be turned into hate Grayson. Other end Josh LUFC who only ever see's positives even when there is none. Some days I would love to wake up and put on a pair of glasses that show me the world as Josh see's it.
The annoying thing is that adding a couple of quality players (which we should be able to afford given our income from gate receipts, merchandise and player sales) would make us automatic promotion contenders, but the way things are at the minute it's gonna be a long and mediocre season. The fact we have 4 central defenders playing in the back four today and an overweight dwarf upfront on his own (albeit a talented dwarf) sort of shows how shambolic Bates and Grayson have been this close season.
Definitely need a Left back and a loan striker (targetman), a new right back would be welcome but a luxury, given Tom Lees and Bromby are satisfactory replacements for Connolly. I'd rather have a utility midfielder to provide cover and push Brown for a starting place. If we get an injury to either of the midfield 3 we're getting very light.
