Some clarity from the Guardian - https://www.theguardian.com/footbal...ear-in-belgian-prison-for-breaking-mans-skull
Well he played well last week & this has been going on for a while except now it’s in the papers, if he wants to play then play him
Has to be a choice between player and manager. They’ll know if his mind space is right for such an important game. I’m sure team-mates will be supportive; as will our fans.
I think it's a club decision, do you field a player convicted for 12 months only the day before? There are moral issues here as a club plus is his head going to be in the right place also It may prove to be a big distraction
Normally I'd err on the side of morality but our situation is kind of desperate so if he's in the right space I'd play him. Only Chair really knows the truth of the matter.
We’ll look silly when he smashes their right-back over the head with a rock but it’s a risk I’d take.
Doubt he is in jail just saw in the back of a Lexus pulling out of those apartments at Westfield head to the ground
He’s been given the choice of Belgian prison or a weekend in Leicester but is yet to make a decision.
